DOLPHI-UKRAINE is a group of companies with 2 own factories for the production of medical devices in Ukraine and network of more than 50 contract manufacturers in the world. The company's priority goal is high quality of goods and services along with reliability, safety and efficiency. Therefore, the factories that are part of the Dolphi-Ukraine structure carefully organize production processes, implementing a strict three-stage quality control. They comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System and the international standard ISO 9001:2015, confirmed by the certificate of Quality Austria – Trainings Zertifizierungs und Begutachtungs GmbH. We have successfully implemented certification according to ISO 13485:2016, which regulates the Quality Management System for Medical Device Manufacturers. The production cycle at the plants meets the requirements of ISO 4074.
TechnoMedica Factory - a manufacturing plant for bandages and elastic bandages
The factory was founded in 2009 and specialized in manufacturing bandage medical products (Intendant use: supporting the organs and limbs of the human body, restoring normal functioning and shortening the rehabilitation period, and additional protection during an active lifestyle and sports).
The factory is equipped with modern equipment, serviced by experienced employees trained in leading European companies. A wide variety of special and universal machines creates a powerful production base with high production capacities for releasing high-quality products. The manufacturing process includes high-quality raw materials production which makes the factory independent of suppliers of elastic, edging tapes and other auxiliary materials.
Advanced import equipment, modern materials and advanced technologies allow us to guarantee the high quality of the entire assortment. A careful approach to the organization of production processes and strict three-stage quality control ensures the production of excellent bandage products, effectively competing with the world's leading manufacturers of this branch.
MedPack Factory - condom manufacturing plant
The plant was founded in 2010. It is one of the most modern factories in Eastern Europe and the only one in Ukraine for condom production. The products are made on modern high-tech equipment with an annual production capacity of 300 million units.
The high quality of products is guaranteed by modern equipment of the world's leading manufacturers, personnel who have undergone special training at the leading bandage-industry enterprises, and an implemented system of five-stage quality control of production.
The plant is equipped with a laboratory applying the ISO 2859-1 and ISO 4074 test methods at all stages of the production process. Such checking makes it possible to guarantee the high quality of products.
