In order to track the effect of medicines on the human body, as well as to establish and prevent possible negative effects of medicines (information about side effects of medicines), we ask you to take part in filling out the FORMS indicated below.
The information that you will present will be processed by specialists and will allow to take into account your comments and, in the future, will allow taking measures to provide doctors and patients with more detailed information about the products of Dolphi-Ukraine LLC.
Pharmacovigilance is a process connected with the detection, collection, evaluation, investigation and prevention of adverse reactions, any other issues related to the safety and effectiveness of the medicinal products using.
The Pharmacovigilance system aims to:
- investigate any adverse reactions occurring in patients;
- monitor the effectiveness of medicines;
- collect, analyse and summarize information on the safety of medicinal products;
- conduct post-marketing research.
