VI Forum of Pharmacists with International Participation 

Dolphi-Ukraine took part in the inter-regional VI Forum of Pharmacists with International Participation.

The 6th Inter-regional Forum of Pharmacists with International Participation, which took place in Vinnytsia, became a significant event for the entire pharmaceutical community of Ukraine. The event was organized by the NGO "Vinnytsia Regional Association of Pharmacists 'CUM DEO'" as part of the scientific and practical conference "Modern Medical and Pharmaceutical Issues of Enhancing Professional Competencies in the Development of Healthcare System Workers in Ukraine."

The Dolphi-Ukraine company acted as a sponsor and active participant in the event. Our representatives took part in discussions and spoke with pharmacists, educators, scientists, and practitioners, discussing current issues of industry development, improving professional competence, and implementing innovations in the pharmaceutical field.

Once again, the war is testing our resilience.

Today, as a result of an enemy air attack, one of Dolphi-Ukraine’s licensed warehouses, on which were stored medical purpose goods and medicinal products. Most importantly, no one was hurt.

Dolphi-Ukraine has been operating in the market for over 15 years, and no circumstances will stop our work and our development.  Today, we are unable to show you beautiful photos of our warehouse, as it no longer exists. But we can show you something else - the strength of our team. We are doing everything to ensure operations continue without pause. Despite the losses, we continue our work - because this is about more than just business, it is about the trust of our partners, the health of our consumers, and the well-being of our colleagues.

Thanks to the well-coordinated work of our team and reliable processes, products of our brands — Dolphi, Lex, Sexxxy, MedTextile, 2В, HomeTest, Express Test, Bionime, Gamma, МР MedPlast, and our partners’ products continue to be delivered without delay.

New Approaches in Employee Development: The Dolphi-Ukraine Academy

As part of its personnel development efforts, Dolphi-Ukraine has created a comprehensive learning and development program for its employees.

We invest in what's most valuable: our people. We don't just train; we shape future leaders.

We firmly believe that a company's true growth begins with the development of every team member. That's why we launched a large-scale training program for mid-level managers in warehouse, transport, and office logistics—a new step in our systematic approach to developing leadership competencies and increasing efficiency.

Every participant became a creator of change. We don't just teach—we challenge. Participants developed their own projects to optimize processes within their departments. The best of these projects have already been approved for implementation across all company locations.

Meaningful Results: Five projects from our warehouse managers are now being prepared for implementation in 2025. These projects will improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and generate additional profit for the company.

For us, development is a strategy, not just a trend. Back in 2019, we established the Dolphi-Ukraine Academy—a unique corporate program designed by top managers to develop our talent pool. Today, we continue this tradition of long-term investment in human capital.

MedTextile – expansion of the children's medical braces line: Child soft fixation cervical collar (Schanz's fixation), The child's supportive arm sling, also, a new category of gauze medical dressings: sterile and non-sterile medical gauze bandages, non-sterile medical gauze cuts.

2B – expansion of the medical equipment line: mechanical blood pressure monitor with an integrated stethoscope, models MC-50 and MC-60, glass medical thermometer without mercury, model MC-05. 2B ULTRA glucometer and test strips. Digital Medical Thermometer LCD-005 with flexible tip, Digital Medical Thermometer DT-001 with flexible tip, Digital Medical Thermometer DT-002 with hard tip. Consumables category: a set of ultra-thin, waterproof polymer plasters. Disposable sterile syringes with two needles, intravenous cannulas with wings and port, infusion and blood transfusion sets. Also, a new category of gauze medical dressings: sterile and non-sterile medical gauze bandages, non-sterile medical gauze cuts, sterile medical gauze pads.
